Below is a frame-by-frame show of when I did the first test.
Frame 1: Charged up and I am throwing the switch
Frame 2: Oh. My. Goodness. If only I recorded audio!
Frame 3: Sparks are cool!! Notice the multimeter still says 354.
Also notice my hand is already off the screen. Lol?
Frame 4: STILL 354 volts?
Frame 5: Atlast, the multimeter notices something. And theres still a spark.
Frame 6: This is as low as the capacitor went. The contacts blew in about 750 microseconds.
